Website Terms of Use

Version 1.2 (draft)Last updated: 29 October 2026

1About these terms

These terms of use (the Terms) apply to your use of the LMG Nexus website at lmgnexus.co.uk and the linked LMG Nexus sites and sub-sites, including the brand pages and any site on a lmgnexus.co.uk sub-domain (together, the Website).

By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The Website includes a client area (accounts and product packages) and a merchandise shop. The shop is currently in a testing phase: no real orders or payments are taken. Before you can buy anything, separate terms of sale (Delivery, Returns and Refunds) will apply.

2Who we are

The Website is operated by LMG Nexus (we, us, our): LMG Nexus Ltd, [PLACEHOLDER ADDRESS: 1 Example Street, Sampletown, SA1 1AA, United Kingdom. Company number and registered office to be inserted before publishing]

You can contact us at info@lmgnexus.co.uk.

3Using the Website

You may view and use the public pages of the Website for your own lawful, personal use. You must not:

  • use the Website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, any account, server, database or connected system (this may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990);
  • introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else technologically harmful, or attempt to disrupt, overload or scrape the Website;
  • copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Website except as these Terms allow; or
  • use the Website to send unsolicited or misleading communications.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaks these Terms.

4Private areas, accounts and shared links

Some areas of the Website are private. The client area is for people who have created an account (see the next section). The administrator sign-in and dashboard are for the site owner's personal use only. They are not open to the public and nobody else is authorised to use them.

Some content (for example photo albums) is made available only to chosen friends and family through a private link. If you receive such a link:

  • it is shared for you personally, for viewing; please do not forward it or republish what you see without permission;
  • links may expire, be protected by a passcode, or be switched off at any time without notice;
  • photos and videos may show identifiable people, so please respect their privacy; and
  • if the person who shared the link has allowed downloads, you may keep a copy for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

5Client accounts

To use the client area you need an account with a valid email address and a password. You must be 18 or over [confirm minimum age]. Please keep your sign-in details secret, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

  • Limited places. We limit the number of client accounts. If places are full you can join a waiting list. Joining the list does not guarantee a place.
  • Packages. Which LMG products you can open depends on your package. Products that are not in your package stay locked until they are added to it.
  • Acceptable use. Use your account lawfully and fairly. Do not try to access other people’s accounts or data, interfere with the service, or use it to harm anyone.
  • Blocking. We may block or suspend an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other people at risk. A blocked account cannot sign in to any LMG product on the client system.
  • Closing and deleting your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@lmgnexus.co.uk. When an account is deleted, we delete the account and all of the data stored in it from our live systems. This cannot be undone. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records of orders. We also keep a simple record that an account number was deleted (no name or email) so that deleted data is not restored from a backup. If an account was blocked before it was deleted, we keep a one-way scrambled code of the email address (it cannot be turned back into the email) so that the address cannot be used to sign up again. Copies in backups are removed on a rolling basis [retention period to be confirmed once backups are set up].
  • Changes to the service. We may add, change or remove features and packages. If we make a significant change that affects what you have paid for, we will tell you.

6Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, brand marks, icons, photographs, videos, animations, layout and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally. All rights are reserved.

The LMG Nexus name and the names and logos of LMG Finances, LMG Digital, LMG Creative, LMG Works, LMG Travel and LMG Photography are our brands. You may not use them without our written permission.

You may view the public pages and print or download a copy for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep any copyright notices intact.

7Our brands and linked sites

The Website lists several LMG brands and may link to other LMG sites and, from time to time, to third-party websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Please read the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit.

8Contacting us

You can contact us using the “Get in touch” form on the Website or by emailing info@lmgnexus.co.uk. The form opens your own email app with a message ready to send; nothing is sent until you press send in that app. Sending us a message does not create a contract with us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle enquiries.

9Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security issues. We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Website at any time without notice, including for maintenance.

10Accuracy of information

The content of the Website is provided for general information only. We try to keep it up to date but make no promise that it is complete or current. Brand pages describe the direction of the LMG brands and are not an offer, advice or a promise that any product or service will be available.

11Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to that, and because the Website is provided free of charge and “as is”, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for loss caused by viruses or other harmful material that may infect your device as a result of using the Website; please use up-to-date security software.

12Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website is the current one and shows the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.

15Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Website, please email info@lmgnexus.co.uk and we will try to resolve it promptly.
